Shipping and Stock Delays

COVID-19 impact on stock and orders.

Customer Orders

In order to reduce unnecessary travel, orders are being batched and shipped every second day.

Australia Post and other couriers are also recording record volumes of parcels as we all stay home, this is impacting on delivery time frames as well.

Inbound stock

With the cessation of many passenger flights, airfreight is now taking up to two weeks longer than normal, we are trying to take this into account with our stock levels where possible to minimise delays.
