Well the year of the tiger is almost here, with most of Asia on holidays till Feb 8. Generally shipping costs are high and delays unavoidable in the lead up to the new year so we have avoided ordering stock since late November, and the stock we have ordered has taken 8-12 weeks to get here. Mid Feb we aim to commence new orders with Anytone, Kydera, TYT and other suppliers. Due to raw material shortages, we are expecting price rises of 10-20% on top of freight increases.

The default CPS for the Kyderas is something of a dogs breakfast and while responsive, the factory has not moved quickly enough to rectify shortcomings, so we paused stocking of the radio. Now we have an alternative https://www.rt73editor.com , looks interesting.
Anytone 578/AT6666 - we continue to have a cease sale on these products due to reliability concerns.
Hamfest Update - looks like Redfest may be our first for 2022, Omicron is causing many events to be postponed so We will have to wait and see. In May we have both the Clairview and Wyong events on the same weekend, we will make a call closer to the date on which we attend. In the meantime we are planning for Tokyo in August now we have dates confirmed.
A final note - our postal address as per the shipping and returns policy in the FAQs should always be used, not our physical address. This is because our office is not located where the stock is and is not a retail premise. We expect our physical location to be moving closer to Brisbane in March. Take care.
